Travel E-Point has firm believe in consumer sovereignty. That is why we have emerged as an efficient tool to lodge consumer complaints. Through this service of Travel E-Point, consumers can now file their complaints online against a manufacturer, in case of supply of defective goods by him or a service provider, in case of deficiency in rendering of services. We take up the consumer complaints to such businesses through consumer forum and try to resolve them. We do not guarantee complete redressal of the consumer grievances but normally most of the disputes are resolved peacefully.

We are also adding Right to Information (RTI) application through the same platform. Under Right to Information the consumers have the right to be informed about the quality, quantity, purity, price and standards of goods/services.
